I decided to become a Pilates instructor while I was attending college in Antalya, Turkey. My University specialized in teaching physical and sports education. I became certified with Balance Body and have been teaching Pilates for over 8 years.
I like to give my clients a strong work out that makes them feel positive and see a change in their body. A positive, active and healthy lifestyle is what I abide by and I love helping other people achieve that.

Raised in California, my fist experience with yoga was quiet a memorable one. I felt every part of my body speaking to me. Yoga has taught me how to use the Breath, Relax, Meditate, Diet and Positive thinking. Now I am more than happy to share this with whomever I come in contact with. “We have everything we need within us. We just need to take a moment to look.”Natasha speaks French and English.
