This exciting 45 minute workout is a combination of primal pattern movements with cardio, using:

  • Weights
  • Jumpboard
  • Bosu Step
  • TRX, Red Cord Suspension Trainer
  • Pilates Reformer
  • Chair Pilates
  • Cadillac
  • Bands
  • Swissball

The whole body is worked using a circuit of 10 to 12 exercises. Similar to Boot camp, it doesn’t require heavy lifting.
